Pumpkin Cap

A grinning skull sits sunk into a teal takeaway cup, a ribbed orange pumpkin perched on its head like a cap and a bent blue straw jutting up past the stem. The cup is flecked with bubbles and banded in orange and lime near the base. Around it bursts a splash of purple goo, orange slices, leaves and confetti-like scraps, all outlined in bold white sticker edges.

Pumpkin orange, pool-water teal and grape purple clash on purpose against a speckled cream ground. The straw and pumpkin stem lead the eye in at the top, and orange slices anchor the bottom corners. It rewards a closer look at 9 × 18 in. Bring it out for October or keep it in a kid's room all year.
